Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 27, 2023, Ms. Deborah G. Ellinger submitted her resignation, effective June 30, 2023, from the Board of Directors of iRobot Corporation (the “Company”) and from each committee on which she served due to family medical issues. Ms. Ellinger’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices (financial or otherwise).
