On August 6, 2020, the United States Trade Representative (“USTR”) notified iRobot Corporation (the “Company”) that it has determined to extend the Company’s temporary exclusion from the List 3 tariffs on the Company’s Roomba products through December 31, 2020. The official notice of extension can be found at the USTR’s website at ustr.gov.
