iRobot Corp. Initial Public Offering Priced at $24 per Share

BURLINGTON, Mass. – Nov. 9, 2005 – iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) announced today its initial public offering of 4,300,000 shares of common stock, 3,260,870 of which are being sold by iRobot and 1,039,130 of which are being sold by selling stockholders of iRobot, at $24 per share.  The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 645,000 shares at the initial public offering price.  The shares will be listed on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol “IRBT.”

iRobot designs robots that perform dull, dirty or dangerous missions in a better way. The company’s proprietary technology, iRobot AWARETM Robot Intelligence Systems, incorporates advanced concepts in navigation, mobility, manipulation and artificial intelligence. This proprietary system enables iRobot to build behavior-based robots, including its family of consumer and military robots.

The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., who acted as joint book-running managers. First Albany Capital Inc., Needham & Company, LLC, and Adams Harkness, Inc. acted as co-managers.
