Biography

Jules Connelly was named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at iRobot in December 2024. Since joining iRobot in 2017, Jules has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as senior director of human resources. She has played an integral role in areas including organizational culture, employer branding, organizational restructuring, employee engagement and talent acquisition. Throughout her career, Jules has distinguished herself as an effective change agent with deep experience in designing and implementing effective HR processes and practices. Prior to joining iRobot, she served as vice president of people operations at NutraClick, a technology-driven health and wellness products company, and as a search consultant at HiredMinds. Jules holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut.
